What an intense Rum Summer!

The World is changing, sometimes too slowly, sometimes faster than what we expect.  For us at Rhum De France, with our limited resources it is becoming difficult to source, import and distribute new rums, find new markets in Asia, run at least one monthly event, publish and send a decent newsletter to hundreds of readers and work on new projects all at the same time. As a result and despite our best efforts we had to cancel our September event and we decided to post our newsletter  The Far East Rum Diary (TFERD) on our web site at least for the time being. 

It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words so in this edition our aim was to use more images and less text than usual to make TFERD easier to read and more fun. "Nuff said".

If you ask that question to Global Rum Ambassador Ian Burrell he will tell you "RUM IS FUN".  To that I would add that French Rum, "Rhum Agricole" to be precise is the best sugar based spirit you can get. French rhum is where elegance and fun meet. Cheers!
